Apartamentele sunt superb situat în partea din Dubrovnik Lapad numit în zona de case familiale şi la hoteluri (Park, Kompas, Dubrovnik, Sumartin, Zagreb), câteva minute de mers pe jos de plaja (nisip sau piatră), precum şi transportul public la fiecare 15 minute la vechea oraş. In apropiere este de mers pe jos zona cu cafe-baruri, terenuri de tenis, plaje, magazine, banca şi oficiu postal.

The apartment was clean, tidy and very comfortable. In a very short distance from the beaches and the bar and restaurants area. We were two young couples who spent one week in Swallow apartment and would deffinitely recommend it. The view is lovely, the nature also.
The guests were very friendly and helpful to us, who were for the first time in Lapad.

In August 2011 my husband and I were on holiday in Dubrovnik and spent 10 pleasant days in these apartments. First 7 days we lived in “Swallow 1”, and last 3 days – in “Swallow 2”. Both apartments are really comfortable, with good furniture and bathroom equipment, satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi. The apartments are also good located: Lapad beach and promenade are in 5 minutes of walking; bus stop, supermarket and bank – in 7 minutes. The hosts of apartments, Ivan and Marijana, are very friendly, and very attentive to their guests.
To be perfectly fair, we noted (only) three disadvantages there: (1) there are no air conditioners in bedrooms “Swallow 1” (in “Swallow 2” it is); (2) rarely there is some smell in bathroom “Swallow 1”; (3) washbasin in the bathroom “Swallow 2” is too small (in “Swallow 1” it is excellent, double). Nevertheless “Swallow Apartments” is very nice place to stay!

В августе 2011 г. мы с мужем отдыхали в Дубровнике и замечательно пожили в этих апартаментах 10 дней: сначала 7 дней в «Ласточке 1», потом еще 3 дня в «Ласточке 2». И те, и другие апартаменты уютные, с хорошей мебелью и сантехникой, спутниковым ТВ (в т.ч., есть каналы на русском) и безлимитным Интернетом. Расположены тоже удобно: в 5 минутах ходьбы – пляж и променад, в 7 минутах – автобусная остановка (автобус идет до Старого города), супермаркет, банк. Хозяева апартаментов, Иван и Марьяна, очень приветливые и внимательные, нам они очень понравились.
Чтобы быть максимально справедливыми, напишем также о тех (всего лишь трех) минусах, которые мы обнаружили: 1) в спальнях «Ласточки 1» нет кондиционеров (в «Ласточке 2» есть); 2) изредка в ванной комнате «Ласточки 1» унюхивается специфический запах; 3) раковина в ванной комнате «Ласточки 2» слишком миниатюрная (в «Ласточке 1» раковина шикарная, двойная). Несмотря на это, апартаменты нам очень понравились, смело рекомендуем их.

Very pleasant holiday in Swallow 1 and Swallow 2!

This July was already the second time in these two great apartments. Like last year, I stayed there two awesome weeks with my friend. In both times we have stayed the first week in Swallow 1 and the second week in Swallow 2. The both apatments are bright, lightfull, clean and tidy. The view from the windows and the balcony is great like a location as well. Not least is worth to say that the landlords, Marijana and Ivan, are very friendly, helpfull and trustfull persons. We came such a good friends during the time we have spent there. They have gave us good tips conserning the food, events, beaches, activities etc.
Honestly I can say, that you will be more than satisfied what you have paid for! I always prefer an own space and privacy and wouldn't choose the hotel if possible. We were able to wash the laundry, make some food, have a peaceful environment althought very nearby the main shopping street, restaurants and beaches. In last year I took a risk and chose this obtion which was a great desicion. We both recommend these well-equipped apartments to everybody, for families especially the Swallow 1!

To dearest Marijana and Ivan, I just want to thank you for everything, we really appreciate that!=)
